Make dynamic web pages possible.
Freenet is currently like the Web 1.0, it only serves the static content. In order to be more useful and popular among users it should enable its users to run dynamic web pages like web discussion forums, chans etc. I realize it is a challenge but I guess it is worth considering.
what about this solution? found it somewhere (don't remember where). kinda old but seems to offer some good ideas https://lumabel.wordpress.com/2011/08/13/the-basic-anonymous-forum-interactive-system/
I know this seems difficult, but imagine the possibilities: hidden, anonymous youtube-like sites or anonymous p2p social networks, all to empower users and promote free speech.
It's time to keep up with the rest of the world... static HTML is so 1990's!

Not having dynamic pages is a big turn off for using freenet. There is no way currently to implement discussion forums, comments on web pages, or dynamic content for news sites. Without support for dynamic content, freenet will **never** be widely adopted.
If you don't think you can ever support it, then how about joining forces with GnuNet?
