Bandwith scale based on time

Hi, currently I can configure how much upload and download bandwidth freenet may use. I am running my node 24/7, but I am not working 24/7 at my system. During day I need the bandwidth to do my work, but during night freenet may use much more bandwidth.
What I am asking for is a configuration option, to tell freenet that it might use 512 Kbit/s from 07:00 to 20:00 and 2 Mbit/s from 20:00 to 07:00.

Similar to scheduling high and low bandwidth time periods it'd be nice to be able to adjust bandwidth from the tray icon. I've used both sorts of features regularly with uTorrent and found them very handy. Right now one has to point a browser at their node and dig out the option in the configuration pages.
Or maybe it would be easier to implement a Quick Options page or section of the Browse page which includes a bandwidth control (preferably a dropdown).
